In the introductory consultation we compare customer tasks with our solution approaches.In a joint dialogue we examine the requirements of the product to be packaged with regard to procurement, production, distribution and disposal logistics. In product development, we use the latest 2-D and 3-D software for the design of all packaging.When designing packaging, innovative technologies can support the development process. CAD data support the development process, but a real product is indispensable when developing a packaging solution.That’s why we develop packaging concepts as PowerPoint presentations and present our solutions to our clients.
Many of the properties and performance parameters required in development can only be tested on a prototype. By producing prototypes in time, errors can be avoided in later processes and haptic tests can be carried out. Prototypes also provide information about the interaction of different materials.
During packaging testing and quality assurance, the behaviour of the protective packaging and the product is tested for a wide range of stresses. Different packaging functions are taken into account in the safety measures
